Jagenberg Converting Solutions GmbH (JCS) presents itself at Battery Show Europe 2026, Europe's leading trade fair for battery and e-mobility technologies. Under the motto “Create.Future.Together.” JCS showcases its combined expertise for sophisticated roll-to-roll processes in battery production at the Stuttgart exhibition center.
The focus is on customized complete solutions for processing anode and cathode materials. Under the motto “Plug and Produce,” the Tandem Coating & Drying Lines form the core. This includes a seamless process chain of slurry supply, coater, drying system as well as drives and controls, complemented by the company's own slot die technology. Added to this is high-precision equipment for calendering, slitting and winding: servo-hydraulic gap adjustment of <2 µm, crossweb coating at less than 1% variation and up to 30% scrap reduction. The concepts are flexibly scalable from pilot scale to large-scale production – from pilot to giga.

Presentation on the Innovation Stage
Dr.-Ing. Martin Gotterbarm (Key Account Management) will speak live on the Innovation Stage on June 10 at 10:55 a.m. His topic “Thriving OEE Excellence in Electrode Coating” details how an overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) of more than 95% has been achieved in electrode coating after record time.
